**Spa Day Packages start at 9:00am until 7pm. Treatments can be scheduled anytime during this period.

Dressing gowns and towels are provided at the hotel, please be aware that slippers/flipflops are not provided. Gowns may not be worn whilst sitting in either the restaurant or bar lounge. Please note the spa reception and relaxation rooms close at 6.30pm however the pool area remains open until 7pm.**

Greenwoods Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any missed treatments due to the late arrival. Treatment times are confirmed on arrival upon check in. It is advised to pre-book additional treatments at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities including the swimming pool and gym.

If you have lunch included in your package, this time will be allocated to you on arrival. Snacks, Beverages are all available to order from our lounge bar throughout the day at an additional cost. Please note that food is not to be consumed around the pool area, however you can enjoy a relaxing drink.

We aim to provide a first-class service at all times; therefore, we would like to point out it is against our policy to permit sun loungers to be "reserved" when not being used. Our staff may remove these items.

All medical conditions and dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. Some treatments can not be carried out if you have prior medical conditions. Greenwoods Hotel has the right to cancel this treatment on the day.

If you wish to use the gym facilities, we require you to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Guests use these facilities at their own risk.

Please ensure that you bring a debit or credit card with you on the day for pre-authorisation purposes. Failure to provide us with a physical card will result in us being unable to fulfil your booking. Greenwoods Hotel reserves the right to charge the debit/credit provided for any unpaid bills, to avoid this please ensure that all members of your party check out at main reception on departure.
