Our cancellation policy is clearly detailed at the point of reservation and within our booking confirmation letters. Any packages booked directly with Greenwoods Hotel and Spa are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your arrival day. If you give us less than 7 days notice we cannot refund your overnight or day spa package. We can however re-schedule or postpone your package (*subject to availability of your package).

If you need to change the date of your booking this is subject to availability and a £10 administration charge.
